I don't know how possible is that, although I saw alot of persons too pasting their account username for the signature campaign application but I doubt most people there have created account and the reason is so far as the country is blacklisted it can't work and for the case of VPN well that too is highly restricted because I tried accessing the website through VPN and still got bounce so I don't know how possible anyhow created account but if they do create and their country is blacklisted and they fund the account and then eventually win something huge then withdrawal will be of another case because for certain KYC verification would be needed. And I think icopress will have to just skip and let go of the requirements of having a MonkeyTilt account for the selection of persons for their advertising campaign since the issue is from the company directly.
