I knew any little mistake from arsenal can deprive them from winning the game because Brighton have been a tough team since the season began. I'm not really surprised that arsenal failed to win the game but the outcome of the games to me it tells it may be very difficult for arsenal to win the title this season again. Arsenal really needs to be careful with their games because mistakes can make them to end the season just the same way they did in last season. I must say the performance of Brighton was good, if Brighton continues with such a nice performance they will end up with a good position this season.
Seriously Arsenal needs to treat every match as the last match or the deciding match for the league and not lose points. I could remember the year Liverpool won the league with Klopp’s Liverpool team then, he made mention that the way to beat Manchester city is to win just all games and that year he went almost unbeaten before winning it. I think this should be the way arsenal needs to change their perspective to getting the maximum points every game.
Brighton are excellent this season already and didn’t show the momentum’s of a club that has their coach already sacked. They invested in young talents and I think it is gradually paying off this season, if they continue like this they could land themselves an European competitions slot Just like how they did last two seasons.
I think this is an opportunity for Manchester United to end their poor performance because their next match will be against a low-ranked team which in general Manchester United's strength is stronger than their opponent. But it is also quite difficult to predict Manchester United's performance this season because they have not been able to show an impressive performance. Erik ten Hag has not been able to overcome the defense line well because in the match against Liverpool of course Manchester United's defense line was quite fragile.
Seriously Southampton is a game that Manchester United must win not that they are that bad, but because they are less competitive to others, a lose will definitely put more pressure on the players and the coaching crew most especially. But even with current form or Southampton not been enough I think they can still win against because Manchester United seems to have the goal scoring problem which is one hell of a problem that doesn’t leave easily
