Just sounds like you had a bad run there.
As for bonus’ it’s obvious that casinos use promos more aggressively towards non-active players. If your depositing 1-2 times a week you probably won’t get targeted for bonus’ all that often.

The best advice i can give you, as I am sure your rant is more to do with the fact you may have took a heavy loss, is take a break. There’s no shame in just taking a breather. Take a few weeks off and try again.

If you don’t like their support, and i am not saying they are perfect, than try a different casino, but i can tell you that there is a reason (and a justified one) why they are one of the biggest casinos in town. Most dont come even remotely close to them, especially with their weekly and monthly bonus’ and drops.

Casinos have much to learn from them in this regard.
So just take yourself a break. And hop back in at a later date.
If you still feel the same, try another casino. There are more casinos in bitcointalk than there are people so you shouldnt have a problem finding them.
