Even though Manchester United’s performance is not consistent, the two teams they lost their games with are normally teams that look very difficult to defeat for Manchester United especially Liverpool. I don’t think United will be losing to Southampton in their next match because United is not a small team, and they have good performance just that their lack of consistency. Therefore, I will be expecting United to win this match as a revenge for them after they they were defeated 3-0 last weekend.
That is what people refused to understand. Brighton is not a small team in the English Premier League and likewise Liverpool. So, for an inconsistent Manchester United to lose to these two clubs doesn't mean they are that bad that they cannot beat Southampton.
We can all agree Manchester United are bigger team compared to Liverpool and Brighton then, if I can still remember Manchester United are top leading team then. Seeing Liverpool and Brighton defeat Manchester United now shows how they’ve gone low so I will not be in shock if they draw against Southampton because anything can happen.
I no longer trust their performance now, let’s see if we can observe some change and improvement against their opponent, secondly they performed excellent during their first match against Fulham I think Erik ten Hag should introduce another pattern for more improvement, Southampton is not a big team but my concern is how will Manchester United perform.
