I don't think so, this is more likely playing the lottery. I tried this one before, like in our local lottery for example you can make multiple bets between numbers 00-99, and then there is only 1 winning number per draw.
So if you bet multiple times and win, consider your losses on other numbers. So for me, betting on these kinds of games must be go for luck and the amount must depend on you, like the one you can afford to lose or an amount that you don't mind.
