sometimes I usually think that if a person constantly plays gamble with the most risky odd constantly with less amount for a long time, that a person may be able to win huge in a long Run inrespective of how many time they have played or how long they have tried. for example playing a 100x2odd staked with $1 to get $10k or 3 games with 50odd each x3 with $0.5. this made me did some research and I discovered that many people has won huge with single stake or risky game with a high odd. or multiple with high odd which you can check from here.

It still boils down to luck.
Even an odd of 1.05 could fail so applies to risky move.
It can be considered a strategy though as long it is not done blindly.
It's quite plausible, but it still rely's on your capital that would decide your definition of small amounts
