With you it is twice and for me I think have only signed a message a few times past, I cannot recall the last time I did it therefore always have to check how to do it before I sign. It is something that is not an everyday event therefore many people have to open an instruction page to read how to sign a message.
...hopefully you will not have to wait too long before you are informed by admin that your accounts has been returned to you...
