In simple terms, I actually think that the good and bad of gambling always depends on how society as an individual treats the activity.
Basically, gambling is a risky activity, but gambling will not be too high risk or have a bad impact if someone treats it in the right way, such as not exceeding their ability which is often suggested by many people here.
The behavior of people towards gambling is directly related to the way and manner at which they react to gambling activities and gamblers. Gambling is not an outrightly wrong thing to practice. The only problem that we have is the mindset of the people and how some people take gambling beyond a thing of fun. People have lost their sanity over gambling off-records. People who gamble are meant to be aware of the risks in it so as to caution themselves on the kind of games they play and their level of risk-taking.
