Manchester United has fulfilled all of Ten Hag wishes to strengthen their squad, but the Manchester United we see today is not as strong as we expected due to the style and method of play applied by Ten Hag which is very bad and no different from what we saw in last season, The fans have demanded that Ten Hag be fired, but instead the management continues to defend him and even made Ten Hag an offer for a new contract extension, doesnt is funny?
what management is doing will definitely only make the fans hurt and they will actually lose trust in Manchester United at this time, I think,  with the current squad it is very likely that Manchester United will develop rapidly if it is in the hands of another coach who is more qualified and experienced in coaching, but If Manchester United continues to maintain ten hag as coach, of course it is difficult for us to see Manchester United becoming a contender for the English League trophy at the moment.
He buys a lot of players, and Manchester United management does shower him with squad depth when they need it, but I don't think that was enough for Ten Hag. It's surprising that United management wants to give him more time, but if it doesn't work out, it won't be good for them. But yes, giving managers time does work out in the long term for a lot of managers, so I wish Ten Hag good luck, even as a rival supporter.
The management have done the right thing because the season just started. He signed players from different clubs so it will require some time to build that synergy needed to deliver. Giving the coach more time and the needed calmness will enable him to focus on getting the results. I believe that the more time a coach spend in any of the big clubs, the more the progress all though there will be exceptions. I'm judging from the case of Arsene Wenger that spent a very long time in Arsenal and was able to sustain the team in the UCL spot almost every year even though he had a hard time with trophies. He was able to keep the club going and in good financial status and was famous for signing unpopular players and bring them to fame. Ten Hag will definitely not fail the management who have so much confidence in him.
This is the exact thing I was telling someone yesterday that sacking Eric ten hang right now wouldn't be fair because the players he signed into the team needs to gel into the playing system of the team, and time is very much essential for that to be possible, that's why I really applaud the hierarchy of Manchester united for not concurring to pressure by sacking Eric ten hang just only three games of the season, so I believe that it would be much fair if he is being judged by December, not now, because it's too early for that.

Lastly,  as a neutral fan, when watching this Manchester united team, I feels like they are very light in midfield in terms of quality and depth, because I don't see any competent defensive midfielder in the team that can replace casemerio if he go injured or he is on a suspension, so I think that this their midfield is really going to be one of their major problem this season.
