I contacted them yesterday over livechat. As I still couldn't login even after I've changed password again that did not help. This time live chat supported was polite and helpful towards me.
They requested password change on their side and sent me a link, after that my account was magically accessible. How it works? I don't have idea... as I requested password change myself from same IP/connection as I used later when changed password with their link and finally successfully logged in again .
They also paid out my balance so case is resolved. I hope they will change their approach towards their customers and don't lie to them in these cases when it comes to "verification"
