Honestly I don't know who this young player is but if a legend like John Terry has said that then there is no doubt he will be a player with great potential in the future. His journey is still very long and being in Liverpool will further enhance his talent to the highest level.

His position is a winger and he will certainly be very fast and agile. A little polish will further enhance his performance to be sharper and here he must get an important role.
