Everyone is humming over the big man's relocation to Napoli. With Roma, he's off a 21-goal season, hence the scoring touch is obviously still there. Lukaku is no longer the fastest man on the field though. For him at this point in his career, the Premier League tempo might have been perhaps too fast. Having said that, Napoli requires a clinical finisher since he is still one.

The shock defeat against Hellas Verona was certainly surprising. At that time Lukaku was not in the Napoli squad. Then, Napoli won 3-0 over Bologna which was good news for Lukaku even though Lukaku was not in the Napoli squad either.
Making his debut against Parma, he made the whole stadium cheer because their hopes of not dropping points were realized and he scored on his debut.
It is very likely that Lukaku will be the one who decides Napoli in every game. It is not impossible considering he is a player who has proven his quality in Serie A while he was not on the operating table.
It didn't take long for Lukaku to adapt and score, Lukaku immediately made an impact in his debut match, and I predict Conte will rely on him this season. We can see that Conte was not wrong to recruit Lukaku from Chelsea, the effect was immediately felt with Napoli managing to secure full points. Thanks to the dramatic victory over Parma, Napoli has now collected 6 points and is ranked 6th in the standings. Without Osimhen, Conte will certainly rely on Lukaku in the front line, his quality has been tested and it seems that Lukaku can meet expectations.

On the other hand, Roma after Lukaku departure has not been able to win a single match, and currently De Rossi squad has to be willing to occupy 17th place, one level above the relegation zone. I am actually quite surprised by Roma policy of not daring to make Lukaku status permanent, indeed they managed to recruit Artem Dovbyk who is much younger, but so far without Lukaku they have had a hard time scoring goals. Overall, Napoli will be fine even without Osimhen, as Lukaku can be a solution for goalscoring.
