This is inseparable from his playing minutes in Serie A. Lukaku will be a deadly bomber and could be the right choice to replace Osimhen.
Osimhen, who has now left Napoli, will be increasingly forgotten by loyal Napoli fans if Lukaku can maintain his performance when he gets Antonio Conte's trust.
For the time being, Conte can rely on Lukaku, but Conte is not like other coaches who have handled Napoli. It is still possible that Lukaku's fate will be like Osimhen's. That's why I said that if Lukaku is able to maintain his good performance, a place for him as a starter will be given to him.
Just before you make a conclusion about lukaku been the best replacement and a deadly bomber, let's take a stroll down memory lane, at Roma where lukaku was, where he was loaned out by Chelsea, there wasn't so much of an epic or incredible performance from him even with the presence of his former Chelsea boss Mourinho, he wasn't too exceptional, he was a little above average so it will be safer if our expectations are more realistic than been a hyper one. I believe he is going to do well reuniting with his former boss back in Napoli but you should also know as it concerns the records, osimhen has an incredible record, one which cannot be easily overturned in Napoli so I wouldn't be so quick to seeing lukaku as a match.
In my opinion, Lukaku is no longer as sharp as he used to be, but as an old striker, of course he is still very deadly if he is in front of the opponent's goal all this time, his removal from the Chelsea main squad indicates that Lukaku is no longer able to compete with the current young attackers, besides that Lukaku in my opinion no longer has speed, especially now that it seems that Lukaku has a fat enough body that makes it difficult for him to move or Breaking away from a tough defender, but even so it seems that the Italian league is a league that he can overcome easily because we don't see a fast game like the English League, so I think for now maybe he is still very capable to be the mainstay of Napoli but I hope Napoli don't expect too much from Lukaku.
