If the error area has been detected well by the Manchester United team management this season, of course the team management can make a wiser plan for team coaching where they have to prepare another coach before the Manchester United team gets worse after this season is over. Because bad tactics will not make the team develop well even though there are good players in it, but if the placement is not good enough, of course it will not produce better results for the team. That is why it is very important to have a reliable coach who is rich in tactics in order to continue to compete every season with any rivals.
It is not easy to prepare a new coach, while Erik Ten Hag is still under a contract that has just started but if Man United dares to take risks then they can fire Ten Hag at any time of course on the grounds that the team continues to lose.
So far the players are less solid, while Erik Ten Hag's tactics are still chaotic it is not effective to win with low opponents even though it means that until now Ten Hag still cannot restore confidence in the players so that his play continues to be bad.
There will be many things and reasons that will be taken into consideration when deciding to change coaches (especially to replace Ten Hag) because Ten Hag has brought so many players with him and the majority of them are his acquaintances and are his favorites. So when the new coach comes in, he might not fit in with Ten Hag's legacy, and if it is decided that there will be another change, it will obviously cost a lot of money.
What I see is that what Man United expects with Ten Hag cannot be achieved quickly and instantly. What is clear is that it is not only the new people who have to adapt, but the old players also need to do it too (the story would be different if only 1 or 2 new players came).
With the results so far with Erik ten hag, I think Manchester united fans should just accept the reality that the glory days are not coming anytime soon especially with Ten hag in charge, I remember when Cristiano Ronaldo was complaining about his short comings as a manager the last time he was with the team, most persons didn't agree with his remarks on Ten hag, but his inconsistency in his results is sort of proving Ronaldo right.
The Manchester united board on one hand are not ready to change Ten hag, from the news I've read, they are comfortable with his performance but these comfort is not to the satisfaction of the fans and supporters who are clamouring for a change in the managerial role of the team.
It doesn't matter the kind of players Ten hag has brought to the team, a new coach can always inherit players from the previous coach and still work on to improve with what he has on ground.
