I won't say Liverpool and Manchester City's consistent performance is about them not making any changes. A team could make changes and still maintain good performance or better performance. We should give accolades to the coaches.
What needs to be maintained now is consistency because changes like that can definitely happen especially when the match has entered the half season or towards the end of the season where there are always problems in terms of consistency or other internal problems such as injuries so that consistency at the beginning of the season is still very good but there is still no guarantee that they will continue like that if they cannot anticipate some things that can eventually happen.
Maintaining consistency is sometimes difficult to do even for a club as big as Mancehster City last season they lost their way a little in the middle of the season when KDB was injured and this could also happen again for some big clubs including Liverpool and Mancehster City. Moreover, we must be aware that for the EPL the tension is greater than other domestic leagues so that when they cannot compete properly and minimise all risks then a decline in performance and consistency is still very much possible.
