It would be good for newbies and many people on this forum that are not even newbies to read the terms of service of the gambling site that they are using.
No one will read that. 
Having more than one account is against the ToS of all or most of the gambling sites.
If someone is a newbie and then it happened by accident, there's a possibility upon talking to the rep of the casino, they may be forgiven if there are no actions of abuse and cheating. But if someone has done that on a purpose, the casino will eventually know about that and there's no escape about that with any excuse. Those that are showing that they have a problem against the casino that they've played and have held their withdrawal, that is because they've been caught that they've done it with multiple accounts and has that initiation to really cheat the casino and system.
