I have a question about getgems platform. I minted an NFT collection and the royalty fee and sale fee goes into the collection's wallet. the problem is that I do not have access to this wallet and it's just crazy that I cannot take the money out of the collection's wallet. I asked several collection owners and creators and they said that this is how it is and it cannot be changed. do you have any suggestions? how can I withdraw the money in the collection's wallet on getgems?
