I posted earlier to learn about DT members. I learned a lot from there. A brother posted on our local board (127 people were eligible to become DT-1 members. 127 people fulfilled the criteria to be DT-1, but only 100 were selected for DT-1, the rest were left out.) From there, I am interested in how it can be done, so I am posting this.
