I also think the same as you, Conte's decision to sell Osimhen, is very unfortunate, whereas if you think about it, if Conte had paired Osimhen with Lukaku, Napoli would most likely have great ammunition for the front sector, even becoming a big threat to Serie A clubs and Napoli will be a club to watch out for in Serie A this season, but the decision that Conte has taken is a unanimous decision and it cannot be denied that he knows better about Napoli's future development.
How can you say that it was Antonio Conte's decision to sell Victor Oshime? This is not correct truthfully. Antonio Conte had talks with Victor Oshime for him to stay with the club but he was serious about leaving the club for good after all the disrespect faced from Napoli. Antonio Conte said he has nothing to say about what happened between the player and the club last season. I hate the way I see misinformation passed on here. Pairing Victor Oshime and Romelu Lukaku wouldn't have worked for me, you can have one as a backup player for the other though but come rain come sun, I would want my number 1 choice leading the attack to be Victor Oshime, he is everything you want in a striker. Take a time to check the stats from last season and you'll see that he offered something to his side Napoli, who had a terrible season with different subpar managers.
Playing week in week out games alone in the Italian Seria A Competition would benefit them well. I'm tipping them to win the Seria A Scudetto League Competition at the end of the season. I do think they have what it takes.
