This was his plight purported, his own decision and wish to see that he is giving back to the community, every other person may have their own way of establishing the same goal under their own discretion, but i don't know the means he may use in discharging his plans in other to accurately channel it to the right destination, because when it comes to dealing with people, you cant trust their desperation.
