Interesting. Eventually they find you for their official announcement. A long time ago, I created an unofficial thread about Redotpay while I was using it. It was for review if others have been using and we can share it. However, at the time I was using redot pay only. So, I have been using it from the beginning, even though I have a physical RedotPay card as well. Feeling good, you created their official thread. I hope the RedotPay team will be present here to hear users opinions and complaints.

For me, yet I haven't faced any issue regarding RedotPay. Just a few days ago, we even talked live chat that was quite fast as well.

Just for your info, I invite them to come on the forum and start their activities, including campaigns and official threads, through their survey. Good to see they hear my opinion.
