They must be aware that by keeping Ten Hag on this season, the most likely outcome is that their performance could be the same as before and they must know that this will be the reality especially with their not-so-smooth start to the season.
But when replacing, in the end it will always be the same as this when their squad officials only make Manchester United a cash cow although now the Glazer Family's ambition in business can be slightly dampened by Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
If by keeping Ten Hag this season can make their performance result be the same as that of last season, that means he may get another contract extension from the club. It is better they finish the season like they did last season than finishing under what they did last season, if they do, that may be the end of Eric Ten Hag as Manchester United manager. Eric Ten Hag will have to put his foot up and doing in order to finish the league in a good position this season. This is a poor start of the season considering the matches played so far, he should try and improve better.
Still, it won't change the view that Ten Hag is not really capable of being in the EPL especially with the current conditions.
We know that with what is happening now it is already proof that Ten Hag has indeed had difficulty in balancing the condition of Manchester United in terms of performance.
