When a club is performing poorly, the first person to be blamed is the coach, because he is in control of the players. If a particular player is performing poorly, then he should be replaced, but if the coach doesn’t do that, then at the end he will be blamed. There are some players that we know are not really ready to play for the club, I don’t know why Ten Hag keeps on making use of them when you have better options on the bench.
Agree. The coach should be the first person who has the responsibility for the bad performance. In this case, Ten Hag must be responsible for the team's performance decline. He has a control of all players, decided the strategy/tactic, determine to buy and sell any player, and has the right to put any player in the lineup. If there are players who failed to perform well, Ten Hag can send the players to sit on the bench for the next matches.
Any player that’s not in form, then make use of another player. I don’t know why Ten Hag is still making use of Rashford when it’s obvious the guy has not been in form since last season, but Ten Hag keeps on making use of him in almost all matches, which he does end up performing poorly.
We don't know what the main reason, but maybe Rashford fits with the strategy/tactic applied by Ten Hag. We may assume Rashford should be replaced by another player because we only focus on Rashford's individual stats, we don't analyze the performance of the whole team. But I can agree that Ten Hag sometimes surprised us. Maguire is one of the real example, I can't believe that he is still a part of Man United squad. As far as I know, Maguire never performed with his best anymore. He should be sold and replaced with a new player.
