Because you're not the creator of this account, that's why. If you were, you would have come up with any kind of evidence that you owned the account prior to 2019.

You said you were trying to recover the account since January, but it looks like the "hack" took place in June 2023... The new owner has made 53 pages of posts since then. Why did you wait so long before opening a thread about it?


You'd also have known that this is an exchange deposit address, so you won't have the private key for it.
