It is only two weeks passed and it is very difficult to make assumptions on who will do what this season. Maybe it wasn't the best start for Leverkusen but I don't see any problem there. In time the players can get better in defense and be more aware against such comebacks. On the other hand I liked the way Kompany's Bayern Munich started the Bundesliga.

He has a reference from Guardiola so I would like to see a good work this season.
We have to accept the reality that Leverkusen are not winning the Bundeslisga for two consecutive seasons,
Can you just tell me what reality it is you are talking about? If you can see the future please prove it to us and provide us more information.

He might mean the last season was one of the case where a unpredictable team performs very well to win the league in a single season and fail to perform on the exact level on subsequent seasons. This is a seen pattern with many of the teams as always the better established and rich teams prevails in long run and smaller teams just take one title here and there.Like how Wolfsburg won the season in 2008-9 and since is an average team.
More recent example is Leicester City in premier league where they won the 2015-16 season while were relegated for 2023-24 season.
