I have never seen anything like this where you need to have a high level of qualification before you get accepted by a so even if you have thousands of dollars you will have to pass their test, which I don't think is the case I'm sure they will still accept once you say that you have thousand of dollars to invest.
Based on OP's post, they are actually launching a new token and this is just a strategy for you to become interested and curious on this new token, when you see hype words like explosive potential, safe against volatility they are scammers these are the exact words scammers use to hype their project, so be aware if they are lauching their own token then they should just show it up and be transparent and avoid using hype words.
