telegram base i think is only starting. theres a new one, just saw today promoted by signature campaign. other than telegram base, seem nothing new.
What specific casino you are describing here? I rarely notice the signature code that indicates a telegram casino game.
There are at least 2 telegram casinos signature campaign (one ended i guess) on services board, better check it if you have a time.
I can't say Telegram casino is a trend, not yet, idk in the future, but i can say it's a unique move and unique platform to do casino.
