In my opinion, among the coaches who are suitable to replace Erik Ten Hag is Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Because he has the capacity to coach Man United to be better, he also has experience at the highest level when coaching PSV Eindhoven. In addition, he is also one of Man United's icons, of course he will easily adapt to the Man United environment and can bring Man United back to glory.
It is not that easy to change Man United's game because there are certainly still dregs of players from Ten Hag's retirement and even if Ruud Van Nistelrooy wants to handle Man United, it will take quite a long time and the overhaul of the squad will certainly be carried out by Ruud Van Nistelrooy, this is all a management error that always brings in players that Ten Hag wants when handling Ajak, the structure of the game is also different so Ten Hag's mistake in bringing his players from Ajak to Man United was a big mistake, he equated the Dutch League game with the English League so what happened was like what we see now..

The point is, legends aren't guaranteed to succeed as coaches and in fact,  there's plenty of evidence of legends failing as coaches. Indeed, there are also some legends who have actually succeeded or at least are still able to deliver good results, but with that reason, I don't think there is a full guarantee for legends to be able to succeed as well when in a coaching  career.

In addition, the fact that van Nistelrooy is currently also serving as an assistant coach at Manchester United and thus,  it would be very possible in the future van Nistelrooy will replace the head coach if in the middle of the season the head coach is fired and if for example there is still no replacement. If such a case or scenario occurs,  then ofcourse the assistant  coach will replace him and thus, van Nistelrooy has a very large chance to become the head coach of Manchester United later.
You are right here. Coaching is an entirely different talent, and not everyone who succeeds in playing football might succeed in coaching. However, there are players with the talent of coaching. Even while they play at a young age, the spirit of coaching is still in them. And if they have the opportunity in the future, they will end up managing any club.

The question is if Van Nistelrooy is promoted to be the head coach will he be a better coach than Erik Ten Hag? Manchester United fans shouldn't push things this far, let Ten Hag stay till the season is over. What the club should do is not give him any money for players again, they should manage what they've got till the end of the season.
