You're just as uncool as other users when you can't accept differences of opinion. You definitely have reasons why Ruud Van Nistelrooy is better suited to replace Ten Hag, but you can't stop other people having opinions about which other coaches would be better suited because they probably have reasons too. After all, you and they only have differences of opinion, but that doesn't determine who is worthy of being Ten Hag's replacement.
It doesn't matter how many finals Ten Hag can reach in a few seasons, you would want him fired because he failed to deliver a title. Likewise with me, every top team coach must hopes present a title at the end of the season, it is proof of their performance during the season rather than just being runner up.
