telegram base i think is only starting. theres a new one, just saw today promoted by signature campaign. other than telegram base, seem nothing new.
What's new is only in the way we access it, the rest is like gambling or casinos in general, nothing special in my opinion.
And for innovation in features according to what is in the telegram application itself that makes it easier for users to gamble in casinos, I haven't tried it yet for several reasons such as security, interest in using casinos in telegrams, they may need to provide very good incentives to their customers so that more people will gamble in the telegram application.
But if you think about it, it's unique, it started out as a messaging app and then it became the basis for more app development, even creating casinos and building apps on top of apps.
