Casemiro made a blunder in their last match and that caused Manchester United to lose to Liverpool in a very shameful way. Casemiro is a top player and anyone can make mistake but in a very big competitive match like that, he wasn’t suppose to be making those silly mistakes even though no one is above making mistakes.
He was criticised a lot and he needs to perform better in his next match because it will be hard for Manchester United to thrive with this form. Casemiro may leave the club soon and that’s just natural if he does now because his time at Manchester United is not overdue. He may consider playing for another team to checkmate his performance once more there.
I don't think it's a good enough decision to let Casemiro go at this time because even though he is in a bad phase, Man United still needs his strength, at least he'll be available for rotation squad needs if necessary. Moreover, there aren't many options for the midfield position anymore because McTominay has already moved to Napoli, while Eriksen doesn't seem to be in good condition either. I think he still deserves to be given another chance, as well as to see if he can still get better and improve his level or whether he is already below Premier League standards.
True I also think so, it feels too early to make a decision to release Casemiro just because of one mistake, it doesn't mean that making a blunder is good because after all it was carelessness that really harmed the team and I also saw that the two blunders he made really had a bad impact which ended with two goals conceded by Liverpool. The point is for a midfielder like Casemiro I think the management will not be too hasty in making a decision to release him, because after all he is one of the best midfielders. Although his performance last weekend was really disappointing but I agree with you that there is nothing wrong with giving him a chance. On the other hand I heard rumors from a local source that one of the reasons Casemiro felt difficult in the match was because of Ten Hag's encouragement to try to play a slightly different role while he was not used to it, I think maybe that was the cause of his poor performance in yesterday's match.
