What we are driving here is about using same IP to create account, what happened is that there are some home that uses same IP or same network within just a specific area or village, since this people are known to be using IP and they are linked as one account where as they are not what would you do.
I think here is where the problems lays because if one person definitely secure winning all the accounts would be fished out as one person trying to cheat the casino therefore he or she would be restricted and blocked withdrawal and at some point most casino doesn't refund deposited fund to the gambler.
They should have known about that but they really don't know so they still create another account because they are attract to playing gambling in the casino. They don't think that the same IP can be their problem because the casino can find the record on all of their members so they can ask or even investigate to ask the right thing from their members.
But for those who really doesn't know about other people who playing gambling in the same casino using the same IP will trying to search for the evident that can help them to proves that they will not cheat. The casino can check everything and if they see their members is not cheat them, the casino will let their members to still playing gambling on their site.
That could be, because there are certainly gamblers who have a stubborn attitude with arrogance and insist that they do things that should not be done because it is risky for themselves and sometimes they are upset even though they were previously aware of the risks that will occur. Until then they can only regret it, even though there are efforts that can be made, it does not guarantee that the casino will give another chance. Maybe there are also those who escape the problem by being able to return the frozen account but I think that rarely happens.
Agree with what you said, it is better for us to comply with the rules that have been set by the casino and not be reckless in gambling such as doing things that violate which of course are not justified. However, in my opinion when they experience their account being frozen I think they can still bet again at the casino by re-registering and creating a new account, but when there is an element of KYC submitted by the casino, this might also make it difficult for them.
If gamblers still doing that, they will gets the risks and can not do anything except accepting what casino will do to them. They know that what they do is wrong but they still do that so they should not regret of what they do because that is their mistake. They should know that casino prohibit them to have multiple accounts so they must not do that for their own reason.
If we can comply their rules, we will not get any trouble especially when we want to withdraw our money because this is what happen to many gamblers. They can not withdraw their money because the casino have a doubt with their account so casino needs to check it before they pass the withdrawal process. Casino can do anything to their members especially for those who break their rules so we don't have to do something suspicious that will make us in trouble.
