annoyance will arise when experiencing what OP told, but this is where the importance of good self-control will play a role, I myself, if I experience what OP experienced, I will stop because there is a possibility that there will be annoyance that can make me lose control of myself and besides that I myself am a person who does not want to take risks when it comes to gambling, so prevention is better than cure. although maybe if I return to betting I can win but I'm not sure everything will go well. so minimizing the risk depends on ourselves. not extending the gambling session is a good thing, because it will make everything okay. we know that winning in gambling is not easy to get so the choice is ours, moreover when winning or losing extending the gambling session is not the right action in my opinion, there are times when we are emotional and if we fail to control ourselves this can make us fall deeper into gambling like being trapped in a cycle of addiction.

It's important to know when we will stop.
Recently, I had been doing this and I think it was also an effective way for our mind to clear. 30 percent. Once I lose that amount of my entire balance, I will stop. Then, I will go back and use the other 30 percent trying to find a game that could get me back to 100 percent. When I reach that, I do the same thing over and over again.
By doing this method I am avoiding the stressing of losing way too much and I am also enjoying the returns even though it's not yet a win. I mean, my purpose was to get entertained and enjoy playing games and so I did. I just don't want to lose way too much and as much as possible have a longer play time on slots.
