Jose Mourinho has become the most successful coach for Manchester United since Alex Ferguson retired. Mourinho won 3 titles although he also failed to win the Premier League title. Meanwhile, 5 other coaches including Ten Hag, Ralf Rangnick, Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Louis van Gaal and David Moyes are not better than Mourinho. Ryan Giggs and Michael Carrick look good to get a better chance, but I'm not sure if the management will appoint either of them as coach.
It’s stupid to sack a good manager just because he’s not a yes man. Mourinho is by far the best manager since Sir Alex Ferguson. Mourinho has recorded the most success post SAF. Erik Ten Hag can brag about his success at Manchester United but the stats show he hasn't had the same level of success as Mourinho. Yes Erik Ten Hag could be a better United manager in the future mainly because he’s got the full backing of the Glazers and it looks like he’s going to be at the club for a longer period but he’s not there yet. I heard some Manchester United fans are comparing ETH to Pep Guardiola. What a joke.
We may have to settle this debate in a poll. Who’s the most successful Manchester United manager since SAF?
Any Manchester United fans that's comparing Eric Ten Hag and Pep Guardiola don't know football and that person probably don't know what he/she is talking about. If Eric Ten Hag was anywhere close to Pep Guardiola I don't think there would have been talks about his sacking. Ten Hag is just wasting the money of the Glazers by deceiving them that apart from Manchester City, no other clubs has been more successful than Manchester United. I don't really know the kind of success that Eric Ten Hag is bragging about, maybe he is referencing the fa cup and Caraboa cup he won. But when it comes to which manager that has been more successful for Manchester United after Alex Farguson I will give it to Mourinho, that Man actually achieved a lot with the little support he had from the owners.
