Antonio Conte did not give Victor Oshimen any chance to play with Napoli again and the club tried to sell him, even though at least the coach could have given him a chance to see how far Oshimen's abilities were this season under Antonio Conte's tutelage. It is not certain that Oshimen will thwart his plans even though he had problems but last season Oshimen still contributed well to the Napoli club and created many goals even though not as many as the previous season 2022/23 because Oshimen was injured twice and made him absent several times if he had not been injured maybe he would have been fine and still had the same performance. But the rice has become porridge Antonio Conte has crossed him out of the Napoli player list I think sooner or later the club will regret throwing away such a talented player.
There is a reason why Conte did not give Osimhen a chance under his coaching and I am sure because of the speculation regarding his transfer so that if given the opportunity it is not certain that Osimhen will play better because he has indeed intended to leave Napoli. While Lukaku is his foster child and he understands Lukaku's playing style better so Conte prioritizes Lukaku who is included in his plans. The club will certainly feel disadvantaged by the departure of a quality player but keeping him who does not want to stay in Napoli is also not a good decision because they have to pay his salary. Now Osimhen must determine the best steps this season so that next season he will get the club he wants because forcing too much salary will make it difficult for him to find a club.
