A little update for my deposit case.
My case has been solved in CHIPS.GG, their team reached out to me to solve the case. Based on the screenshot, I received my money 250$ in my CHIPS.GG account. The case has been closed, and thank you for everyone who are participated in the discussion.

After 1225 days of waiting... They could solve this in a few hours. I had a similar problem in another casino, I mixed up the chains like you did but they fixed it very quickly. I am glad you got your money, even though you needed to wait so long.
So are you planning to play with that money at Chips or will you withdraw that money to another casino? I can't remember the last time I played at Chips... I still get their promotional emails occasionally, but I don't find them attractive anymore.
