About Arteta, I think he is definitely a good manager, but his personality sometimes baffles me. I won't ever say that Arteta is not good enough as a coach, but I think he says some things and does some things that doesn't really look good on someone who hasn't really won anything as a manager. I think he has to win a lot more to have such a prideful ego, but yes, as a manager, he is really doing good right now. I think he will make Arsenal a trophy winner real soon.
People talk about how Arsenal have bottled the league twice in a row. It is easy to forget that Arsenal were never favourites to win anything. Arteta has done/is doing a great job at rebuilding Arsenal into a squad that has the ability to compete with Manchester City for the league title. You just have to respect what he is doing at Arsenal. Arteta came in as a rookie manager and took the whole league by surprise. Arteta is not the most expressive manager but that is something he can learn and improve on along the way. After Pep Guardiola, Arteta is probably the best manager in the league currently. I’m confident Arteta can achieve the same results as Pep if he had the current Manchester City squad.
From a player then becoming Pep Guardiola's assistant, now Arteta has a career as Arsenal manager. At the beginning of his career with Arsenal, the situation was not so smooth. However, Arteta was able to build the young Gunners squad to perform better. Although they did not win a trophy with the team they coached, at least Arsenal is now giving color back to the Premier League. In the last two seasons, the Gunners have almost always prevented Manchester City from winning the Premier League title. That's why the club still trusts Mikel Arteta so far. However, it's not just Arteta who has built Arsenal this far. Edu also played a role as director of football, he is good at recruiting players who will be brought to the Emirates Stadium. Now, Arsenal will work hard again to realize winning the Premier League trophy. Although the challenges are always tough, at least they are ready by maximizing the performance and mentality of the Gunners' players.
