Brest couldn't make a good start to this season indeed. But I'm not surprised. Their performance in the previous season was such an extra that it is difficult to expect the same thing. They don't have such squad to be competitive every season. This kind of teams sometimes have a really good form throughout a season. Like Girona example in the La Liga. The only difference might be that Girona had a better squad. 
Coming back to the game, PSG should be winning this one without big problems. PSG are also not the same. They are even stronger since parting ways with Mbappe, lol.
It's surprising to see that Brest has lost two games and won just one in three games. They are playing in the Champions League because they finished third last season. Brest fans would have been expecting a more fruitful season. This poor performance might be an indication that they will not do well in Europe. The club didn't do well in the transfer window. Maybe it was because of a lack of funds. They signed some average players such as Mama Balde, Kamory Doumba, and Julian Le Cardinal; others were loan players.
