I am glad that Victor Osimhen finally secured a club after all the delays and tensions. Seeing this headline today, I think it is worth discussing because it has some lessons. To be a successful player, talent is not enough, character is more important. Victor made some mistakes that affected his transfer, he has anger management issues. His unguided comments about some coaches he has worked under are not okay. Coaches should have the right human management skills but no coach would like to work under a player who cannot control his emotions.
He is not the first with such temperament honestly in football ans I tell you same, he'll not be that last. Like I always say, he was disrespected by Napoli and then Nigerian legend Finidi. His reaction to whatever Finidi said might have not been the best way to go about it but I cannot say that it affected his move to Chelsea or these Saudi Arabian Premier League Clubs linked up to get him signed up.
Findi disrespected him and you can not tell him how to react to such disrespect. Don't forget Victor Oshime also informed him about his Injury and also had a call with his physician.
The caption on the above image is wrong. I don't know how hats wrong with Mikel Arteta, he can never win the Premier League Competition without a proven striker. Victor Oshime wouldn't be a bad idea but I doubt he'll want to play for a club who had history of not winning European Competitions.
