Its wonderful and exciting, but it might stir your stomach. When fun turns into worry, get off. I know something about winning and losing. Unfortunately, people become so caught up in the game that they ignore their instincts. Intense stress indicates risk-taking. Pause and reassess

Now, joy without spending? Even as a billionaire, thats difficult. Life best things are free. Park walk, excellent talk with friend, quiet time with loved one. Important things. When tempted to gamble, ask yourself, "Is this really worth the stress?" Its possible to have fun without spending money and leaving you rejuvenated, not regretful. I will accept that bet every day.
There is a false belief that in order to get some fun or entertainment we need to spend a lot of money, when the reality is that the best things in life are for the most part free, it is just that we fail to appreciate them, after all what I enjoy the most is being with my family and friends, and it does not matter where we are, we always have a blast, so this clearly indicates that what matters is not the place or what are we specifically doing but the presence of those people on my life.

Well in physical casinos rarely I see addicted people nowadays while when I used to play them in the early 2000-s they were full of addicted person who had lost everything in their life, glad that most people now are more careful as what they do with their money and time and I also agree you can have a lot of fun no matter where you are if you are with people that make you happy. Even in a casino you can have a lot of fun, I mean a physical one as you can sit down in a poker table or in a blackjack table and have really an enjoyable time there.

While for online slots only one advice from me, quit quit quit quit quit and never look back. The reason is simple, the online casinos have all the power in changing the RTP of a slot machine and nothing guarantees us that the slots are audited like they should.
