I see no proof here enough to label the exchange this way.  If you think they are what you claimed they are would it not be okay you present facts rather than saying this to tanish the reputation of the exchange. I am not siding anybody here but I believe things ought to be done the right way. If you can give instances where you have been exploited by the exchange that would be okay as it would serve as proof of your experience with them rather than empty accusations.

However, if you think their services are not satisfactory, there are lots of big exchanges out there that you could patronise their services. Binance, bybit, coinbase, kucoin etc. these are notable exchange well known in the Crypto space with large followership. It is not a financial advise neither am.i a financial advisor.
