Now he had decided to start the gambling again with the loan money to balance the previous loss of 2000$.What is your opinion on this,I had suggested him to go to the regular job to reduce the loan in step by step to reduce the loan burden. But he had word of “We can earn,Where we had loss everything “.Share your opinion on this.

I wish that your friend wakes up from his illusions and dreams about winning back his losses, because he switched the meaning of gambling from a fun activity to something where he thinks making money in long term is guaranteed after reaching the maximum win hit or a jackpot.
When I had a period where I felt addicted to gambling, I was chasing my losses which is a feeling that profit is close, but the reality is way different than this. It’s important to understand anything you do before getting involved.

Answering your question; my strategy if I ever lost much money on gambling is to quit and find a way to make money and recover.
The thing is when you start gambling, for every game you lose , you feel you have cracked the code to win the next game so you play again. Just like that before the person realises what is going on , he has lost several games, he's broke and in dept. The illusion of I'm going to win the next one is real and it keeps them hooked.

For this his friend I'll advice his friends and family not to lend him money but bring him closer and administer therapy before he goes extra to get money for gambling.

It's safer not to start gambling at all because you might tell yourself I'll stop when I don't win my money back and before you even know it you are all in, because prevention they say is better then cure.
