The next generation of gamblers will know all too well the negative aspects of excessive and uncontrolled gambling.

Maybe if human resources in the country understand the risks and can control themselves, it can be something that can have a good impact on the country. But in my country there are many cases due to gambling harming themselves, their families and others. In fact, gambling has been banned, but it seems that the government has not been able to block all gambling sites. Many of them become criminals and even commit suicide due to debt due to online gambling addiction. Until now, emotional control and human resources have become a critical problem in my country because they do not have good self-control skills.
If you mean that gambling has been banned in your country  because of the issues of gambling that you mentioned, I would say that that decision a good one from the government of your country, even though I've always believed that lack of self control in gambling is an individual thing, and I kind of hate it when the masses are made of forced to suffer for the sins of a few persons who can not get hold of themselves.

But I discover that such a situation is a dicey one where the government can not afford to leave any stone unturned, so it appears that banning gambling generally is the best option and solution for the good of all the citizens, but I am also interested to know what happens to the local gambling casinos in the country when such ban if effected, I can imagine what kind of loss the casino owners, as well as workers will have to suffer due to loss of their jobs.
If a country considers gambling an illegal activity, then every citizen must obey the regulation, because if caught gambling it will cause legal problems, and there will definitely be sanctions given. In many countries that legalize gambling, gambling activities themselves are still viewed negatively by some groups, especially if we are in a country that prohibits it, we can imagine how much pressure is obtained.

On the other hand, in general, everyone who wants to gamble certainly understands the risks, of course the level of understanding is different. The environment of friends and their own experiences will provide a better understanding. Learning to control emotions is not an easy thing to do, so it is not surprising that many gamblers act beyond their limits. Borrowing money or going into debt, robbing, becoming drug couriers, some are even willing to do that. When they are caught doing these actions and are interrogated by the authorities, some of the money they get is used for gambling, lately I have read it quite often in the media. In the end, the purpose of gambling for fun is no longer achieved, instead it adds stress to life, so it is clear that controlling emotions and actions is something that must be understood very well before deciding to gamble.

If I am not mistaken, in some countries that prohibit gambling activities, they provide special areas (Localization) for casinos, and apply different rules from other areas. Everyone who visits it must meet certain criteria, and not everyone can enter the area. So this policy can be adoption and implemented by other countries that prohibit gambling, so that the casino dealers do not go bankrupt and their workers do not lose their jobs, and the state can benefit from official tax collection.
