Maybe if human resources in the country understand the risks and can control themselves, it can be something that can have a good impact on the country. It may start well at first, but as time goes it may endup being more of disadvantages, because his going to increase the numbers of lazy youth making them to believe that they can really make it through gambling. Only those with good self-control can literally reduce the risk in it , the other advantages it will increase the rate of gambling addicts , until some folks change their mindset concerning gambling ( the mindset of taking gambling as a means of earning) and focus more on the fun part instead.
