Mikel Arteta view, he has the necessary players in his frontline, having no complaints at all. Mikel Arteta implementing the 4-3-3 formation for league games which is absolutely running smoothly for the Gunners, because having Kai Havertz, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli in the frontline, they're executing their attacking role effectively. So bringing in another top nine will mean unclassified sectional role and ruined the good chemistry going on within the players.
Actually since the beginning Mikel Arteta at Arsenal has implemented a format system that is not much different from Pep Guardiola, but in terms of determining the striker, the only difference is that Pep still maintains Haaland as a goal machine while Arteta purely wants all players in the front line to have balanced abilities. Havertz in his hands is more useful than when he was at Chelsea. Honestly, I want Arteta to get a striker who is hungry for 1 goal but it seems that it will never happen at Arsenal.
Losing Declan Rice does not confuse Arteta for now because they still have a reserve of quite capable players in the midfield sector, the 4-3-3 formation has been Arteta mainstay formation so far and I think by implementing that formation of course Arteta will be easier to modify it in the game if needed, because indeed the formation will present 5 attackers when they attack and precisely if they defend they will have 5 defender, so I think it's very natural  if Arteta imitates Guardiola mainstay formation, in the formation which modified and used by Arteta at the moment, the central striker (Havertz) is not a vital role to score goals because Arteta focuses more on the wingers to score goals in every game they play and that's why I think Arsenal has not been too active to get a central striker, If you saw, often Arsenal central striker (Havertz) is now more mobile in moving to the midfield when every time Arsenal defend and attacks rather than acting as a pure striker who only often waits for the ball in front line so far.
