Support simply ignores further. They don't care about people who don't get their WOFs for a premium account. No words that they are sorry and that we will fix everything soon... They are just silent. Yeah, they gives zero fucks on this issue, zero respect to their customers. As said in other thread, that's not such big issue that it would take months to fix and even for beginner programmer it probably wouldn't be so difficult to fix. Simply, they don't give a shit about it.
Don't blame yourself for buying FUN tokens, back in the day it didn't looked like bad decision and there was no red flags. And now there is thousands of people like you and me who are on the same boat.
