I have not heard about VIP transfer program at shuffle yet, I did even suggest it some time ago so I also wonder where he got the idea.
Logically if it is an official program, we would have seen it in the homepage or at least they should have announced it here themselves or Little Mouse did it.
Anyway, let me know what the answer from the support once you've asked about it.
I myself will be very happy to try it if the VIP transfer is really official offer, but maybe there is real exclusive VIP transfer which is offered to some special users only (just guessing).
