For Brest in the last season, they have also actually experienced a decline in performance towards the end of the season and the changes made are also hampered to improve that this season because of their financial condition which is a bit complicated to force so in this case it will be very difficult to make a stable condition with a makeshift squad for them.

Indeed, it can still happen and the evidence last season they performed solidly but this will not be possible in every season with the condition of their club which is indeed lacking in resource problems.
