The real question everyone should ask here is why in the world would anyone play a game 20,000 times after never winning once lol.  I mean we all heard of and probably chased some losses but dang that's another level.  I hope that person gets help and takes the $19k back as a gift.  That's brutal from draft kings though I'd never play the slots there again.

It's me when I play gambling in a casino and when I get 30 free spins before, I experience several winnings from 30 free spins even though it's only a small amount. Then there's 20,000 x, and even if it's said that he won only once, it still can't be considered fair, to be honest.

It's good that the gamblers who played like that complained about what they experienced, and it was proven in the end and it was discovered that there were bugs according to their investigation that was done and the funds they used were returned.
They should have returned those funds that have been affected by the said bug because that will really be giving out that big impact in regarding into their reputation on which we know that this is really that indeed bad to the business and $19k fine won't really be that a huge amount in exchange of their reputation in compared when they really tried out to argue about there no bug or simply make up some argument that they aren't wrong or have refused  in regarding the incident.
