You're right. Dortmund placed below Leipzig. But we're still at the early season, and so many things can happen till the middle of season.
The odds above say Bayern Munich is the favorite to win. Leverkusen is in second place. But, I'm a bit disappointed. The gap between Leverkusen and Leipzig is big. Also, Dortmund is in 4th place, behind Leipzig.
It seems to me Dortmund is only competing for the UCL. I'm getting skeptical to think they can become a title contender this season.

It would be interesting to see the dynamics of the change in the odds last season, when Bayer's odds literally rose out of nowhere to the level of favorites (if I remember correctly, the change of favorites took place after Bayer won 3-0 against Bayern). But this happens once every 20-30 years and in reality only two clubs fight for the title, the rest of the clubs, although they are quoted differently 11.0 or 66.0, in fact have no real chance at all.
